Responsibilities
The REB Project Management Administrator is responsible for assisting our project managers in the daily task of initiating and maintaining numerous projects through completion. The primary focus is on creating and issuing material purchase orders and includes data entry, tracking, order/invoice reconciliation and communications both outside and inside of REB.

Review quotes for accuracy, select vendor with PM then create and issue material Purchase Orders (PO) for each project.

Communicate with PM regarding status of PO and shipping information.

Assist in maintaining daily logs for project tracking.

Communicate with customer, as needed for PM.

Assist PMs in closing projects by reviewing accuracy of customer orders to ensure complete and correct invoices are issued for projects, confirming accuracy of all information, and be responsible for all closeout filings.

Assist Project Coordinator as needed to, respond to sales proposals/bids, create job folders for new jobs, manage change orders, maintain hard copies of CAD drawings, track engineering reviews and approvals, balance project spreadsheets with SAP, and other requirements as needed.

Demonstrate efficient productivity, strong attention to accuracy and detail and work well under pressure and tight deadlines.

Communicate and conduct business professionally and effectively outside the company with customers and vendors, and within the company.

Take initiative to anticipate project requirements and PM’s support requirements.

Responsibilities
The REB Project Engineer is responsible for providing support to sales by evaluating customer requirements for structural racks and recommending products and services for the project.

Design material handling systems, primarily records storage systems including; taking field dimensions (as needed), creating preliminary layouts (plan and elevation views), calculating storage capacity and determining the project timeline / phases, and updating building drawing based on field dimensions.

Develop accurate bills of material (BOM); includes sizing all structural members.

Prepare permit and installation drawings working with PM.

Recommends permit requirements for fire protection and seismic calculations, life safety requirements, and other relevant requirements.

Supports proposal generation, sales processes and accompanies sales staff on customer calls to provide technical expertise including; take-offs, reports, freight and installation quotes.

Review open projects with Director.

Responsibilities
The REB Project Manager is responsible for the successful implementation of material handling systems, primarily for the Records Storage industry. Key responsibilities include; scheduling, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Review all bids, evaluate and prioritize based on lead time, quality and size of job.

Create BOM, source vendor capabilities and costs, place orders for required materials and subcontractors. Checks BOM and orders for accuracy.

Prepare project schedule, obtain lead times for materials, manage logistics and freight costs, and regularly update stakeholders (customer, salesperson or vendors) throughout project.

Review and approve installation drawings and BOM with Project Engineer (PE) and review special requirements with installation subcontractor prior to start date.

Contact local building department and document the requirements for obtaining a permit, review all permit drawings and structural calculation set drawings for accuracy. Obtain sprinkler and electrical contractor requirements to include on rack drawings.

Communicate clearly with all stakeholders on each project including; suppliers, subcontractors, customer, sales, building department, and upper management.

Review open projects with Director, maintain updated project pricing summary (PPS) sheets, keep updated project schedules and ensure customer invoices reflect agreed terms.

Obtain customer project sign-off; addressing all punch list items and reviewing final project with Director.

Contribute to developing new and improved processes.

Timely completion of timesheets, PPS reports and project logs.

Work on several projects simultaneously, in a fast paced environment with daily deadlines.

Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Structural Engineering; PMP Certification and/ or training.  Or Associates Degree with additional experience considered.

Responsibilities
The REB Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, prospecting, acquiring, supporting and growing the Industrial customer accounts and new business opportunities for sales of REBs products and services, within an assigned target industry or geography. Responsibilities include responding to leads, presenting to companies, preparing take-offs / proposals / quotes, negotiations, coordinating complex decision-making process, and overcoming objections to closure. Individual has and maintains a strong knowledge of storage systems (racking, shelving, mezzanines), material handling products, and industry requirements and solutions. Responsibilities
The REB Estimating and Sales Specialist, Commercial Construction, is responsible for sales to building companies, contractors, property managers and other commercial construction customers. With REB GSA certification, the Estimating and Sales Specialist will also target government opportunities. Responds to bid requests and builds lasting preferred supplier partnerships with customers purchasing material handling products (Division 10). The individual is responsible for estimating and managing construction projects; installation, service and support.

Identify prospective construction and building companies (building permit databases) and creates a prospecting list and outreach plan to call on and provide product and services information to appropriate contacts. Participate in contractor / builder and material handling conferences and shows as appropriate.

Regularly call on existing REB contractor and builder customers to support existing projects, service previous projects, deliver new product information and review upcoming customer requirements.

Prepare thorough, accurate and timely estimates for contractor’s, including preparing bid documents and clear written proposals and correspondence.

Maintain a master schedule of all contractor sales projects, identify successful bids and monitor material orders and installation dates.

Create take-offs and bids by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications and related documents. Visit sites as required.

Work with project management team as needed to evaluate or provide drawings, identify additional components, calculate costs necessary for the successful completion of the job.

Coordinate with REB project operations installation requirements, ensures materials are on site, problems are resolved, and work is completed on time – managing the customer relationship through successful completion.

Execute contract agreements, manages change orders as necessary.

Actively strive to improve customer satisfaction, providing on-time delivery, customer quality expectations and cost estimates. Proactively communicate project updates, meets and exceeds commitments made to customers.

3+ general building industry experience- construction, remodeling, building supply

Building materials procurement and estimating experience

GSA experience preferred
