A Letter From REB’s President Regarding COVID-19
To All of our Customers, Supplier Partners and Extended Family,
First, we want to thank all of you for your continued business and support during this time of uncertainty and daily change with reference to COVID-19.
We are constantly monitoring and updating our employees on a daily basis regarding COVID-19. Our employees and their family’s safety and wellbeing will be our priority while serving our customers and partnering with our suppliers.
REB is a Chicago-based company with locations throughout the USA and outside of the USA. Illinois put into effect a “stay-at-home” order on Saturday, March 21st. This puts all non-essential businesses on hold. REB will remain open and continue operating as an “essential business” and an essential part of the supply chain. We will continue servicing all our customers who are necessary participants in the chain that continues to serve our country and keep our workers safe.
REB is happy to say the entire REB Team is safe and still working to serve our industry. We have implemented all CDC health and safety recommendations in our Chicago offices and warehouse, where our warehouse team continues to work to pick and ship orders. The remainder of our team members inside the USA and outside of the USA are telecommuting. Telecommuting is our strategy to help minimize the spread of COVID-19.
We understand that this is going to continue changing on a daily basis regarding governance and ruling of different states. Please know we will continue to work to provide safe systems for you, our customer, in a safe environment for our employees and our vendor partners.
Thank you to all of the REB Family for your constant hard work and loyalty. Thank you to our team who is in the field, risking their wellbeing, and thank you to our vendor partners for working with us to make these systems safe for our customers.
