REB Presenting at the 45th Annual WERC Conference

REB will be presenting at the 2022 WERC conference, held in Louisville, Kentucky, from May 2nd to May 4th.

The session, titled “Level Up! Consider These Levels of Storage Applications Before Investing in Automation”, is presented by REB Vice President of Sales and Marketing Jacqueline Terrell and will be May 2, 11:15 – 11:45 A.M. CDT.

REB WERC Session Information

Session Description:

Make no mistake, automation provides huge benefits in a warehouse and is the way that many warehouses are going. Realistically, though, not everyone is ready for this step. Fortunately, there are other opportunities for warehouses to increase overall warehouse efficiently.

No matter what your current storage situation is in your warehouse, there is a ‘next level’ step you can take. If you’d like to take your current storage operation to the next level, but don’t feel you’re ready for full automation quite yet, consider attending this presentation.

This session is especially ideal for those currently utilizing more conventional storage methods, such as standard selective rack or other types of pallet rack, and feel they’d like to increase density and overall efficiency with their storage system.

You can look forward to learning:

  • How to convert to a double-deep selective system, and how it compares to standard selective.
  • How to convert to a standard selective rack system with very narrow aisles (VNA), and how it compares to standard aisles.
  • How you can reconfigure your current selective rack bay to be denser and more efficient.
Various pallet racking types that may be better suited to your operation.
  • Pick module options.
  • Increasing efficiency by converting to a semi-automated option.
