Bio

Phil Nelson has spent more than a decade helping manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and other industrial organizations solve complex storage and material handling challenges. His experience spans traditional warehouse storage systems, custom designed solutions, and warehouse automation technologies.

As Vice President of Sales & Business Development at REB Storage Systems International, Phil works with customers to understand their operational goals and develop storage and material handling strategies that improve productivity, increase storage capacity, and support future expansion. He collaborates with REB’s design and project management teams as well as vendors throughout the project lifecycle to ensure each solution meets all requirements, including budget objectives and implementation timelines.

Since joining REB in 2016, Phil has held progressively senior sales leadership positions while helping customers implement projects ranging from conventional pallet racking systems to complex multi-level storage and automation solutions. His experience includes developing custom storage concepts, coordinating national account programs, managing vendor relationships, and supporting customers through every stage of the decision-making process.
